1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and bit100 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern all access to and use of the bit100 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all use of the bit100 platform from the Philippines. All services, transactions, and communications are provided in English.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on bit100, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not be self-excluded from online gaming platforms or prohibited from gaming under any applicable rules.
• You must not have a pre-existing bit100 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

bit100 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any player at any time. Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) may result in restricted account access or closure, and any funds held may be subject to review.

3 Account Registration and KYC

When you create a bit100 account, you agree to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. This information is used to verify your identity as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

KYC verification is a mandatory step before full account features — including withdrawals — are made available. You may be asked to provide supporting documents such as a government-issued ID. Providing false or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bit100 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login information or failed to keep it secure. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bit100 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Bank transfer via Philippine banks
• Philippine online banking

Credit cards, cryptocurrency, and other non-PHP payment methods are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals. bit100 does not accept payments from third parties — the payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional checks before processing. bit100 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of security or fraud reviews.

5 Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on the bit100 platform — including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, eBingo, and online poker — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.

All games involving chance — which includes live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.), fish games, and slots — carry an inherent house edge. No outcome is guaranteed, and no betting system, strategy, or pattern of play can overcome the mathematical odds of any game over the long term.

For sports betting, bets are settled according to the published settlement rules for each event. bit100 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust bets in the event of a clear error, systems issue, or circumstances outside normal operating conditions.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, engage in match-fixing, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will result in the immediate closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bit100 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other account incentives from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, and conditions for each offer are communicated alongside the offer itself. General platform descriptions of bonus availability are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied outside of the conditions specified in the relevant offer. bit100 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who attempt to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonus revoked and may have their account permanently closed.

7 Responsible Gaming

bit100 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for entertainment and is not a source of income. We actively encourage all players to:

• Set a session budget in PHP before playing and stick to it.
• Set a time limit per session and take regular breaks.
• Never chase losses or increase bet sizes to recover losses.
• Seek help if gaming stops feeling like entertainment.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform features.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Any activity that bit100 determines poses a risk to the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bit100 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of bit100 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform content without express written permission.

Your account grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

bit100 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, connection issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit100's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. bit100 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

These limitations do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the Philippines.

11 Privacy

bit100 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12 Changes to These Terms

bit100 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Registered players will be notified of material changes via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the bit100 platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
